 What are they?

Kettlebells build functional/core strength, muscle integration, endurance and incredible conditioning.  They are a very efficient fat/calorie burner.

There is no parallel!

Classes are an excellent workout while allowing participants to

exercise at their own pace.  Detailed instruction is provided on all moves that will be used during class.  Classes are designed to battle the clock so all rounds are timed.  No need to worry: The Kettlebell lifts involved are easy to learn.

Bodyweight movements and abdominal work is integrated as well.
