Kettlebells build functional/core strength, muscular integration, endurance and incredible conditioning.  They are a very efficient fat/calorie burner.  Over 20cal a minute!!

Kettlebell Classes:

Classes are an excellent workout while allowing participants to exercise at their own pace.  Detailed instruction is provided on all moves that will be used during class.  Classes are designed to battle the clock so all rounds are timed(on most days).  No need to worry: The Kettlebell lifts involved are easy to learn.

Bodyweight movements and abdominal work is integrated as well.

Personal Training and/or Group Training:

Training prices vary on location and/or fitness facility.  Sessions are available throughout the Greater Portland area.  Training outside is a great way to get some fresh air and a killer workout at the same time.  One of the best parts of training with the bells, bands and bodyweight is no facility is needed.  Would you rather workout indoors?  I also currently work out of locations: Worlds Gym(Marginal way, Portland), The Body Architect(Romasco lane, Portland), and Bear Essentials Fitness(Millbrook lane, Saco).
