This means he did not hold back.  We don't really encourage the vomitting, but it's kind of gratifying to see a member stepping outside their element.  The only way to make good gains is with hard work.  You must step outside the comfort zone!...well maybe not this far outside!

There are no more excuses, only choices!  Make good ones for your body and health...

 

Our Philosophy at www.fitnessinmaine.com is simple.  Get up and move!  Train your whole body, starting from the core and working out.  Give everything you do in training your best effort.  Our website is about functional strength and endurance for life.  It is about being resilient.  Able to handle any situation that arises. For some of us that is just getting up that flight of stairs without being winded.  For others it is completing a triathlon.
